Shipping and Return Policy

 

Shipping Information

We try to keep our shipping policy and pricing simple. 

Shipping is FREE on orders over $75.00; on smaller orders $1.50 will be charged!

This applies to shipments within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses used by our military service members.  Canada is also included in this shipping category.

All overseas shipments will be charged $3.00, and may be subject to additional charges to insure satisfactory delivery.  We will not ship to certain countries where the postal system is insecure.   Please confirm with us by e-mail or phone before sending payment.

We are glad to combine shipments to keep shipping cost low,  as long as you notify us by e-mail of your intentions ahead of time!

All shipments valued over $75.00 are also insured through our private carrier at no expense to you.  If you desire USPS Insurance, Certified or Registered Mail, you will be required to pay their current rate.

We use actual postage on all shipments...no meters or labels!

 

 

Making Payments

We are just getting started with our Cover Corner web site, so some rough edges may still exist.  If you have any doubt, please call...we want your purchase to go as smoothly as possible. 

We  accept personal checks and money orders in U.S. funds made out to Friedman's Cover Corner.  Merchandise will be shipped after checks or money orders have cleared, unless previously known by us.

In addition, we accept all credit cards through PayPal...please make payments to covercnr@tx.rr.com using the category "goods".   We will also accept Visa and MasterCard payments by phone at 817-467-1841.   Sorry...no other cards accepted at this time, unless used through PayPal.

 

Merchandise Returns

We will accept returns for any reason within 30 days of our original dated shipment.  However, we are definitely interested in your reasons so that we can make use of  your constructive comments to potentially correct an improper situation when one exists. 

Please note that returns will only be accepted when received back with our original sleeves and markings.  Cut down, reduced or folded sleeves to fit in smaller return envelopes will not be accepted.  The small, self addressed envelopes we include in shipment are for payments or correspondence only...they are not intended to be used for returns. 

We appreciate your consideration in this matter to preserve the condition and quality of the material for other collectors.
