West Berlin Mint Stationery
West Berlin began issuing mint postal stationery on July 26, 1948, with the release of it's first aerogramme. Since then, the philatelic program has paralleled West Germany with the issuance of postal cards, reply cards, aerogrammes, lottery cards, printed to private order stationery and other special purpose items. West Berlin's last stationery item was released August 1990, just shortly before the reunification of Germany.
